Bark
Bark is a website which helps people find local providers of services in their area. In essence, like a digital version of the ‘Yellow Pages’.
I was hired by Bark to write SEO friendly category pages as part of a 14 month project. I wrote a significant amount of the website content and blogs so that the site could launch across markets including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and South Africa.

This role involved close collaboration with the wider Bark marketing team to ensure that all commercial objectives were met within the content.
EcoSend
Content and SEO for an email marketing platform which specialises in reducing the carbon footprint of email marketing.

Helped the newly launched website achieve a 60 domain authority by providing consistent blog content and regularly updating my existing content. My content attracted a high volume of quality backlinks (i.e. 90+ domains), which helped improve site and topic authority.

Wrote over 100 editions of the EcoSend Weekly email newsletter and also published these on LinkedIn.

Got EcoSend featured on the homepage of Google for Earth Day. I achieved this by maintaining a page #1 result for ‘Earth Day’, including using advanced SEO techniques such as carefully optimised image file names.

WhatPrice
WhatPrice helps homeowners to understand how much building work will cost and connects them with trusted traders in their local area.
I was hired to provide SEO friendly website content for heating and plumbing services including boilers and heat pumps. This involved a lot of product research so that I could produce high volume landing page content in response.

Over a two year period, I supported the team by providing British English content writing and editing services.
Many of the projects required local SEO services for businesses based in the West Midlands. Industries included private investigators, tree surgeons, garage door installers, foster care providers and estate agents.

A digital marketing agency based in Nottingham.
I support the team by providing SEO focused blog content both for the Imaginaire website itself and for several clients.
